§ Events · Wedding day

A calm photographer on a chaotic day.

Documentary wedding photography across the DFW metroplex. I'm there from getting-ready to the last dance — and you won't have to think about me once.

§ How I shoot it

How I shoot a wedding

I stay out of the way. The best wedding photos aren’t the ones where everyone is looking at the camera — they’re the ones nobody noticed being taken. Your aunt laughing. Your dad wiping his eyes during the vows. Your partner’s face at the end of the aisle.

I do the family portraits you need. I do the couple portrait window at golden hour. The rest of the day, you won’t know where I am. That’s the point.

What’s included

  • Full-day coverage on the tier you choose (6, 8, or 10 hours)

§ The process

How we'll work.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A 30-minute call. We walk through the day, the venue, the family dynamics, the non-negotiable shots.

  2. 02

    Timeline planning

Two weeks before the wedding. I work with your coordinator to carve the right windows for portraits, golden-hour couple shots, and everything else.

  3. 03

    The day

I arrive during getting-ready. I stay through the last dance. I blend in.

  4. 04

    Delivery

Four weeks to the full gallery. A highlights preview usually within the first week.

§ FAQ

Questions I get often.

Do you travel outside North Dallas?

The DFW metroplex is flat-rate. Beyond that — Austin, Hill Country, destination — I quote travel separately.

Can you handle large mixed families?

Yes — I've worked large family portrait windows at weddings many times. Give me the list before the day, and I'll move through it efficiently.

Can we get the RAW files?

No. You receive the fully edited, high-resolution final gallery. RAW files are a working format and aren't delivered.

What happens if you get sick on the wedding day?

I maintain a backup network of trusted second shooters in the DFW area. In the extremely unlikely case I can't shoot, a qualified photographer covers the day and I edit the images myself.

Do you have liability insurance?

Yes — most venues require it. I can provide a certificate on request.
