A good event photographer disappears. Then gives you back the day.
Birthdays, anniversaries, milestone parties, corporate gatherings — documented as they happen, not staged for the camera.
Events that aren’t weddings
Not every celebration is a wedding, and not every celebration needs six hours of coverage and a second shooter. Birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, corporate gatherings — these have their own rhythm and their own moments that matter. I photograph them the same way I photograph a family session: quietly, on the day, without staging.
What you get
A private gallery of fully edited images within two weeks. A print release so you can share and post without asking permission. And a photographer who asks about the toast before the party starts.
How we'll work.
-
Planning call
Twenty minutes. I ask about the occasion, the guests who matter most, the toasts and reveals to expect, and the venue. Everything gets written down so nothing gets missed.
-
Timeline alignment
A week before. I confirm arrival time, coverage hours, and any must-have shots. If there's a surprise moment, I arrive early enough to be invisible for it.
-
The day
I arrive quietly, photograph through the key moments, and stay out of the flow. Guests usually don't notice me until the group portrait.
Questions I get often.
What kinds of events do you cover?
Birthdays (milestone or otherwise), anniversaries, engagement parties, baby and bridal showers, retirement parties, corporate gatherings, and small-business events. If you're not sure whether your event fits, ask.
How long is coverage?
Most events run two to four hours. Longer coverage is available — pricing scales with hours on-site.
Do you do corporate events and small-business shoots?
Yes. I cover office celebrations, grand openings, team milestones, and client events. If you need headshots on the same day, ask about combining them.
Do you retouch the images?
Every delivered image is fully edited — color, exposure, natural skin tones. Delivery is within two weeks.
Can I see recent event work?
Yes — email or use the contact form and I'll send a private gallery link with recent event coverage similar to what you're planning.
Ready to book events?
Email, call, or use the form. I reply within one business day.
