Plano is ten minutes from my home base in Melissa, and it's one of the busiest cities on my calendar. Most weeks I'm at a family session in West Plano or a senior shoot at Arbor Hills; on weekends I'm at a wedding reception in Legacy West or a private event out toward Legacy Drive. I know the places that photograph well at 5 p.m. in October and the places that photograph well at 9 a.m. in June — it's a different list.

Where do you shoot family photos in Plano?
Arbor Hills Nature Preserve for wooded light, Haggard Park for downtown texture, Oak Point Park for wide open space, and in-home sessions at your house. I'll suggest two or three options based on the age of your kids and the time of day.
Do you cover weddings at Plano venues like Bella Donna or Venetian Terrace?
Yes — most North Dallas venues are familiar ground. Bring me the venue name when you inquire and I'll tell you honestly whether I've shot there, what the light looks like, and what the timeline usually needs.
How fast can you get to West Plano for a session?
Plano is a short drive from home base in Melissa, so same-week availability for weekday evening sessions is realistic outside of peak graduation season. Weekends book two to six weeks ahead.
Do you photograph private events in Plano?
Yes — birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties, and corporate gatherings. Plano has strong venues from Legacy West to Haggard Park; I coordinate with the venue about access and timing in advance.
