Melissa is a young-family town. Most of my work here is first-year sessions, senior portraits, and backyard family shoots.
Melissa grew faster than anywhere else in Collin County in the last five years, and the family mix shows in my booking calendar. Most Melissa sessions are maternity, family, or milestone shoots, often in-home or in a nearby park. For outdoor sessions the community parks work year-round, and Anna's larger nature areas are a ten-minute drive north if you want more room. I keep Saturday mornings open in spring and fall specifically for north-Collin family sessions.

Where is a good spot for family photos in Melissa?
For outdoor sessions, the community parks work well, and Erwin Park just south in McKinney adds wooded options. For toddler sessions I strongly recommend in-home.
